Bad Service gave by Translux

Hi, I bought a ticket on line from Cape Town to Pretoria for the date 10 January 2018 16;00pm depature time and 10;45am arrival time, the ticket cost R780. I was there at the station around 15:30pm and the bus arrived at 15;50pm, which is okay. We left Cape Town at 16:05pm and as we are going I could feel the bus is very slow especially on the hills, but it was moving. While were travelling approaching Hanover, around 02;00am the but just stopped and the drive called whoever in Cape Town and explain the bus has broke down. We sat there for 30mins and then Intercape bus came and we were transferred to it until we got to Bloemfontein around 06;50am and we were asked to come out of the bus because there were people who have booked already, now we started waiting for buses coming in and see if there is a space for us, and we ended up being the only 3 left to get a bus to Pretoria. The way the Translux staff handled the matter it was bad, they just literally gave the responsibility to Intercape staff to take care of us, no apology to what has happened, fine then a guy from Intercape came and put us in a bus to Pretoria and now ist was 08:05am and still the Translux staff never bothered to come and reassure us that we will be fine. We only arrived in Pretoria at 15:45pm, If you calculate that I was on the road for 23hours and 45 mins and that was bad and that was the worst service ever, but that God to Intercape they came to the rescue and gave us the best service.
