Bad service from driver to head office.

Ticket number. ********** . I complained about the bad service from the bus standing with no communication as to what are waiting for. No feedback from the head office as I contacted head office about the problem we were experiencing at the bus. The drivers are not well mannered, how can they be if head office does not take responsibility in giving feedback when a complaint has been laid on their table. I will never use City to City bus ever again.
