Bad service from customer service

This is the last time I ever used this bus...I have never received such pathetic service ever. Initially the bus was scheduled to leave at 20:45 then the guy who is assisting at the city to city coach advised that the bus will now arrive at 22:00 no one has informed us nor even send an email or call to let us know that the times have changed....I'm sick and tired of this nonsense ???
