Bad service from City to City Bus

Good day. On the 06/06/2024 I got a City to City bus in Kimberly to Pretoria,the bus was supposed to arrive in Kimberly at 22h40 which was a bit late arrived at 23h00 but that was not a big deal.... I got into the bus and seat at the back seat and few minutes later someone came without introducing himself and tel me that i cant seat ther i should move and seat somewhere else without even introducing himself...ohk i ddnt have a problem i peacefully moved,the bus departed n before we get to the next pick up stop the same man came and sleep at the back seat who i thought it was a co-driver,at the next stop a young lady enters the bus and came straight to the back seat where she set at the seat that was empty cos the man who was sleeping folded his feets,thats were the problem started. The sleeping man without telling the young lady who he was rudely told the young lady to move out of the back seat to get space somewhere else cos he was sleeping,and the lady ddnt understand why would someone told her to leave where she wanted to seat and cos he was rude she tld him she cant leave she have rights to seat anywhere she want to. Then he instructed to driver to stop the bus and when he come he (driver) insulted the lady and even promised to beat and her cos she is same age as his child. He even promised that he can also drop her off there where we got her. That was bad experience i got using City to City...i felt so sorry for her no one came and apologise to the lady.. I think we should be alerted that drivers uses back seat as their bed to sleep if it can be noted on the tickets then we know were to seat.
