Bad service from City to City bus

I am highly disappointed with the services rendered by city to City. I boarded a bus yesterday eve 25/09/2019 @5pm from Grahamstown to Jhb. And I was left behind in Bloemfontein @2am today where we had taken a break. I have been trying to get hold of the customer service but no one is picking up. Ain't the drivers supposed to check that they have everyone in the bus before departure? Both the 0861 and 011 numbers on the website aren't being picked up. What's going to happen to my laguage?
