Bad service for sometime now

Bus was scheduled for 11pm and it's been 1hour and 30mins since we been waiting at Bloemfontein , I'm currently pregnant and the service for this bus is horrible. We are not being told anything, the service desk tells us that they can't get hold of the bus driver. So we just stuck here in the cold and stuck.
