Bad service

Your service sucks, we waited for 4 hours for a bus to bushbuckridge from jhb, only to be told the bus is from Eastern Cape, so y’all hv one bus, what happens if the bus breakdown ? City to city can do better. Y’all don’t even apologise told us we could get refunds, what Abt my time, the petrol to go to park station n I had to pay for parking ticket, this was an inconvenience n unacceptable.
