BAD SERVICE - CITY TO CITY

I wrote a review about a week ago and have had no response from City to City. I found a toll-free number on their FB page posted during Dec 2024, supposedly the new contact number. Well, I have tried contacting them on this number for days on end and always the same recording - they are experiencing high call volumes - I find this very unlikely as I have read nothing but horrible reviews regarding their service. I trying to amend the departure date on our tickets for this week, surely this is not rocket science!!!! I have found 2 e-mail addresses which are of NO use. I have no alternative then to actually drive to their offices which is a 30-minute trip from my home and back again, this all because of the fact that they are so useless, can't even respond to phone calls!!! PATHETIC This will def be my 1st and last trip utilizing their services. Delaryna (very disappointed customer)
