Bad service, Bad Hygine and Incompetence!

I took a Translux bus to Johannesburg from Polokwane today and first of all the bus is so dirty. Secondly, the bus stopped at the last Pretoria toll gate so that more passengers can come in! Like what is that? We were all squashed the smell was bad too. It is very ******* to have passengers standing in a bus and for us who paid it is very disturbing because now we have to suffocate and squeeze ourselves. Lastly i thought Translux has only 1 stop but to my surprise when we g9t to pretoria there was another stop at the garage for the passengers who came in to go to the bathrooms. This also deays my trip because we were supposed to arrive in Johannesburg at 15:55 but now its 15:36 and we are still parked at the pretoria garage. Translux Is the worst bus service, they must up their game or reduce their prices because their service is *******.
