Bad service

I have been waiting at the bus station almost 2 hours. The bus hasn't arrived yet.. I booked bus tickets from mtata to Durban ( 01:15 to 07:00) but it didn't arrive. All I'm asking is the refund. Ref no B5fxBB82.
