Bad service at Translux/ City to City

It is easter time now and year after year we have trouble with travelling mostly around this time. Especially with City to City they sell us tickets and then there is a shortage of buses, when you ask for refund to go catch a taxi they have a rate where they charge you a penalty fee which is not right, they don't apologise for inconveniencing you in any way then their buses arrive late, they also have no queue marshalls to control the queue mother's with children struggle getting on the bus since there are always fighting to enter and this is a problem for us because a mother with a child on her back cannot be fighting to go in the bus. What normally happens you will buy a ticket that says you will take off at 8 and the buses are late never on time a person with, a person with a 9 o'clock ticket will be in the 8 o'clock bus, a person going to Polokwane will take a Thohoyandou bus, there is poor management when it comes to City to City and their buses have seats that fall off and are not in good condition.

Thursday I am going home from Pretoria to Thohoyandou using City to City 8 o'clock bus I just didn't manage to get the Truslux which has better order I will take a video to show you and upload it on my next review.
