Bad service at City to City office in Thohoyandou

<p>i went to a City to city office in thohayandou on th 3rd january 2017 the lady who works there was so rude to me . i got there and and the office door was locked but there were people inside, so i looked through the window and there was a lady saying something and i thought she was asking me to open when i tried opening it was locked and then she came and said that the lady who works there wants to eat i must come back later i asked her what time and she said soon i said i will wait and she said no the lady working there doesnt want me to wait in front of the office and she locked the door again.it was 10:30 so i waited for about 30 minutes. and then there is a lady who works next to the the office who came and spoke to her through the door and the lady thought she was telling her to tell us to go in when i opened the door she shouted at me saying i must go out she didnt ask us to go in. when i finaly went in she didnt even greet me she started shouting at me saying that she is entitled to lunch and she sacrificed her lunch to help us and i must respect her and stop shouting, then i apologied and she kept on talking complaining that am rude that she is older than me i must respect her. so please speak to her because before i went there i was warned about her saying that she is rude. because you will lose custumers because of her.</p>
