Bad service at city to city bus

Bad service experienced today at city to city bus, I boooked at ticket for today 11/12/2019, bus was suppose to leave at 6am in Capetown, I am right now sitting at the station and it's 8:30 still waiting, we are not updated of what's going on and I am running late for my interview. The lady I am with says eversince she used city to city bus service she never get to the place on time.

I am annoyed because I woke up at 4am thinking the bus will leave at 6am as indicated
