Bad service and disrespect

Good Day,<br> My parents which are elderly and my two daughters of which one is 7 years old boarded the City to City bus from Kimberley to George on the 06th of August. When they boarded the bus my Mother attempted to get the children to be seated by them for obvious reasons. She asked the driver to accommodate her by just asking the driver to just swop places. He rudely and blatantly refused! My small daughter ended up sleeping on the bus floor next to my mother like a dog. When the same driver went to sleep my child accidently knocked over the drivers drink in an attempt to join her sister. The driver shouted at my Mother. Is this the way this company treat their customers. This is a ****** JOKE. Is this because your drivers do not get enough sleep or merely expressing the companies attitude towards customers.<br> Please note, I have already instructed my advocate to open a case of victimisation and ************** against the company. I have also forward it to Carte Blance and Rapport.
