bad service

I honestly don't understand what happened to service excellence. I don't know how can us as client's trust our lives on people who can't even show care before we even get on the bus.1- the bus is late no one bothers to apologise for that, no one informs us that we running late .2- these old man that you put on the front line who can't even provide us with proper information, we being sent from one end to another. I hate the fact that we have to run after buses as if we didn't pay for the services. Getting rude drivers who don't even know to communicate properly with us as clients. Am genuinely disgusted by the service provided by City to City. Making us feel as if you doing us a favour, the bus was supposed to leave at 18h00 but we had to leave at 19h30. Sies maan
