bad service

I boarded a city to city bus on the 5th march 2015 from pretoria station to phalaborwa we left at 9am along the way the bus got stuck at leboeng around 3pm we asked the driver wt was happening he told us he called a mechanic from mercedes benz we waited from that time till 8pm and he told us that there will be a bus coming the bus came at 21:50pm without any explanation we were then dropped at engen garage in phalaborwa at 23:30 with no transport to go home how can such a big compamny treat people like this and there were ladies with small babies
