Bad Service

Booked a bus for my mother from Paarl to Johannesburg and the service was extremely dissapointing. First the bus comes two hours late and passengers weren't notified of any delays, secondly the bus had to make unscheduled stops every hour so the drivers could fix some persistent problem on the bus engine. The bus was ridden with ****roaches and filthy. The drivers ended up placing passengers on other buses since the bus ended up breaking down.
