Bad Service

The driver allows drinking in the bus and some drunk passengers dance next to him while he is driving. This is really not safe for the rest of us. People are always drinking in the morning and in the afternoons. We have been complaining about the loud music that he and his friends play, it is so loud that we cannot hear ourselves speak. I have notified the service provider in Vosloorus but they could not help us. It has actually not been safe to travel on this bus and we have not been treated with respect. City to City does not care about their customers needs. We know that Putco was bad but they are worse. Can the City of Ekurhuleni provide us with buses please.
