Bad service

The translux bus departs kimberley info centre at 6:00am. I arrived at the bus station at 5:30 and no bus had came or left. I phoned the call centre at 6:30 and the consultant - chanti tells me the bus had left long time i said that is impossible because i was sitting at the bus stop the entire time and had not seen any bus. I spoke to the consultant several times after the call had been cut and he could come up with no solution!! Very disapointed in the service given and the inconvience i have been put through. Im waiting for the tracker reports to be emailed to me so that i can see exactly what time the bus left because at 6:45 the bus was leaving warrenton which i feel is highly impossible if the bus had left on time at 6:00 am from the information centre in kimberley
