bad service

i boarded the translux bus in east london Windmill today at 4:45pm and wsnted to sit at the front but was told by the drivers that the first 12 sits are for the hostes (thought to myself wow! top notch. but as we were in aproaching queenstown the bus was already full and they started sitting customers at those reserved sits. hmmmm... also when i was booking the bus iwas informed that its a new bus but to my suprise towards King i could hear funny noises as the bus drove, kept quiet. it was time for them to play a movie and gosh they played a bad bootleg movie wich was freezing and the sound was horrible and the other screen is faulty. asked the driver if they could play something better and he looked at me with a snoty attitude and said thats all they had. 15mins later they changed to a trevor noah show which was fine. i have already booked a return ticket for tommorow back to east london. im sorry after this much bad experience i wont be using this bus anytime soon. told the driver that word of mouth is very powerfull and he laughed at me. i must say the gentlemen at the till had great service though but all spoiled on the road
