Bad Service

We travelled from Pretoria to Bloemfontein and the bus had a problem. They told us that we will be driving to Johannesburg Park Station and wait for another bus there. The lady checking the tickets did not even have clothing on that identifies her as an employee of translux. At the station they told us that we will be waiting 20 minutes for the other bus to arrive. Then they told us that they will be dividing the passengers and putting us on other buses that are not that full and wanted to seperate me and my children, no way in hell will I allow that. Eventually after an hour and twenty minutes the replacement bus arrived. The driver was constantly on his phone, taking calls and even sending text messages. How can you employee a person which put someone elses lifes in danger? He did not even keep a safe following distance from the cars infront of him. The last stop we had was at Potchefstroom to stretch our legs, we only stopped again in Bloemfontein, causing my feet and ankles to swell. I will never use your service again and do not recommend this bus service to anyone. You can also really provide stickers for luggage, what guarantee do you give that my stuff wont get lost?
