bad service

made a booking online for city city,they deducted the money R390, when i got to parkststion they said my ticket was cancelled and refunded however they still have space in the bus so i can pay again to depart.because i was desperate for this trip i paid another R390. this was on the 28th of june. till today my money has not been refunded and i have both proof of payments.i escalated this to city to city they said they will get back to me till today i have never received any feedback...the agent i spoke to was pamm from computicket, she never even cared to reply and give me feedback, i send her emails almost everyday but no reply.. i received really poor service from computicket and city to city.
