bad service

I cancelled a ticket to Durban on the 24/07/15 and was told to call this number *** for a refund, I did that and I was told to call back before the 20/08/15 cause refunds are done on the 20th of each month, but I have been calling ever since Monday without a respond and now their call centre is not picking up as well. this is bad service cause I will be told to call again before the 20/09/15 for a refund.
