Bad service

<p>This is not first time on december we book johanesburg to sterkspruit ,then bus come from Germiston fully we stand inside till to Langlagte then we get our bus around 11;00 bt we were in Parkstation from 07;30 Again I Book for my wife in Naledi mall shoprite JOHANNESBURG to PULUKWANE we were in Parkstation fr 07;30 around 9:00 they say bus is for 11:00 at 11:00 they refund us becouse no bus to PULUKWANE now my wife had to go taxi the most risk transpot ,and on DECEMBER she lost her sister n two kids of her sister on taxi bt becouse of poor service of autopax she must use taxi becouse she go on Funeral which is tomorow</p>
