Bad service

<p>Good Day</p> <p><br />I booked a bus or my Mother to travel fom midrand to thohoyandou on the 14th of february. The Bus was suppose to leave at 8:45 am. She only left mindrand around pass 11. City to City didnt bother contacting passengers to notify them about any delays.</p> <p><br />On the 23rd of feb i booked a bus for my Helper to travel form midrand to thohoyandou on the 24th (today), the Bus was suppose to be in midrand at 8:45 am. Guess what , she is still waiting for the bus.</p> <p><br />Can i please understand what the problem is ? This is really frustrating because u have to sit at the garage and wait for the bus for 2 hours and couple of minutes. Thats not how you treat customers.</p> <p><br />Kind Regards<br />Funani</p>
