bad service

<p>on the 15th of July 2016 i was travelling from johannesburg park sation to bushuckridge in mpumalnga ,the bus was supposed to leave park sation at 9am in the morning thats what they tell you when you buy the tickect and its also written on the ticket ,but that never happened and arround 9:30am i called the customer care line and the service that i got was terrible as well ,they kept on tranfering my calls without asnwering them and at the end i spoke to a lady called EVE and her attitude was just horrible ,i don't know maybe thats how they trained them to treat customers or she just don't want to be a customer care agent .I told her my story that we have been waiting for a bus and it 9:30 and no sign of a bus and what she told me it was she is very far so she won't be able to assist me with attitude but its the customer care line so i don't know how cant she assist me while its the care line and she hanged up on me while i was speaking to her, and the bus only arrived at 10:30am and we left arround 10:50 am and i was supposed to arrive at my destination at 16:50pm but i only arrived arround 18:00pm ,This was a bad service that i received from city to city and i dont think i will ever use their buses anymore.</p>
