bad service

<p>02 July 17. Bus from PE is scheduled to arrive 02H35 in Bloem, here I am waiting at the Bloem tourist info centre from 02H00. On enquiring they kept telling me the bus will be here any moment now, 1h30min later and i am still waiting... I call ********** 282 no answer. The Bloem office phone was only answered after my 10th attempt and still they cannot tell me when the bus will arrive. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS BUS SERVICE!!!</p>
