Bad experience And poor service

From Bloem to Johannesburg Translux got stuck after the first Tollgate from 16h15, they didnot send a standby bus they kept on promising to send a mechanics who come after two hours and told us the bus won’t be fixed now. We waited there without help. When we call their office they told us to wait for the bus that’s coming from Pretoria @ 21h00 which will arrive in the morning after 01h00 for sure. It was cold there were kids in the bus, they were hungry too. Crying in the darkness middle of nowhere. They even told us even if we can go back home we won’t receive our refund. ???? can someone burn Translux bus.
