Bad customer service/communication

I had booked a bus trip from East London to Durban with City to City carrier. I arrived earlier than the departure time and stood outside the station as they are not particularly the most welcoming and inviting areas to sit and wait. No City to City carrier arrived. After a few (15-20) minutes of waiting thinking maybe it was running late and no communication from the staff who were visible in the area.
