Bad customer service from City ro City

Yesterday eve 25/09/2019 @ 5pm I boarded a city to city bus from Grahamstown to Jhb. On our stop at Sasol garage in Bloemfontein the bus left me behind in the cold and that was 2am. Its freezing cold I had to ask Citiliner bus to help me get to jhb. I do not even know if I am to get my laguage or not. I have been calling the customer services number on the ticket and website but no one is picking up. I'm highly disappointed I mean dont drivers check if everyone is in the bus before departure from a stopping point. And also the customer services that do not pick up phone calls.
