Bad customer service

Bus was supposed to leave at 6pm. It's 6:34pm no one has bothered to update us to tell us why it's late. I had to go ask on what's happening, only to find out that they are still trying to find a bus that's going to replace the 6pm bus.A bus that still needs to offload then cleaned up. This is unacceptable.
