Bad customer service

<p>Thursday 27 April 2017. This is my fourth time boarding a city to city bus from Johannesburg parkstation to Polokwane, and the bus is 3 hours late as usual. City to city buses are never on time, and they are always over 2 hours late. They don't take their customers seriously. It's like they think they are doing us a favour while we pay for these bus tickets only to spend 3 hours waiting at the bus station. On top of the bad service, the buses have a bad smell. You'd swear someone ****ed in the bus. And then the roaches walking around like they own the bus. </p> <p>BAD BAD BAD SERVICE.</p> <p> </p> <p>This was your last chance with me</p>
