bad customer service

<p>i never thought i would ever get bad service from a bus service. Yesterday i tried to book a seat with translux to bloem from vereeniging. The lady was so rude to me over the phone tells me that they can only assist me after 20 min, what nonsense is that. </p> <p>I call the following day to check if my payment went through, some lady by the name of Maletsaka Mpalala answered, i experienced the worst service of my life. She didn't care to tell me to hold on when she put me on hold, gets irritated when i spoke to her over the phone. I asked for the managers number she gives me the wrong number. </p> <p> </p> <p>Is this how people are treated at Translux? </p>
