Bad bad service

Bad service no aircons. Travel from Mokopane to Pretoria was one hour late. No space in back of the bus. When we stoped at Kranskop.we had 10min then another hour passes. Driver said I must go sit in the back of bus with asma and no aircon. So then he speak in his language so I can't understand....Rather make use of Intercape or shuttle
