Bad bad service

Booked our tickets through translux bus lines and got redirected to city to city. We booked 2 return tickets for mom and daughter and paid r2450. * Bus arrives 30 mins * Sounds like the engine is going to fall * I asked the driver will this bus make it to cape town, his response was "I dont know, sometimes it does, sometimes we break down" * Bus had 197455km on the * No seats are pre allocated but mom and daughter told to split up for the 23 hour trip. * Filthy conditions in the bus, seats dirty stinky and isles dirty

I was quite taken back by the drivers comment about the bus safety standards, however my wife and mom boarded as they needed to go to worcester to cisit sick family members. Then they got told that they cannot sit together and needed to fill the seats first. I demanded them to sit together as my mom is sick and old and the driver told me to get off the bus as im blocking the way. I explained the situation to what i was told if we dont like it feel free to leave. I have never gad such bad service before in my life. We did not use the bus as i did not feel that my family would be safe on it. I demanded a full refund but doubt if we will get
