Bad bad bad bad bus servuce

I am totally in awe of how a company can treat their customers.No service what so ever.I booked a tickets for me and my triplets from Kimberley to BWest.We waited for the bus.19:30 came and gone.It is cold sitting outside to waiting.No sms of bus being late nothing.We waited until 01:00 in the morning still no bus.I am sick my kids are sick Still am trying to call the company not response from them.WHAT ABOUT THE MONEY I PAID????????
