Bad attitude

I called the *** no. Trying to enquire about a city to city booking for the 19th and i am disgusted on the attitude that girl gave me.her greeting was horrible and showed a non interested tone or boredom. I had to ask for her name and when i eventualy told her why i was calling in she started being sarcastic.she has no patience and customer service relation whatsover. When i then told her o didnt appreciate her service she gladly told me to call client services....will somebody attend to this horrific and poor service from her.shes just needs to be trained to speak to people who bring income for her....sies on you Lebo.....your attitude stinks.if the job doesnt make her happy to service customers with a smile then she can sleep at home and nobody can experience what i have from her....Let her go.
