Bad and unhelpful

So I booked a bus from East London to Grahamstown that was supposed to leave at 02h35 and arrive at 05h15.... Waited for the bus until 5 am. It never arrived nor did they send any communication.

Called to request a refund they keep sending me up and down. The call center is rude, disrespectful and u helpful
