Bad and poor

I m so not have with translux , I did an online booking but after the whole transaction and the money was deducted from my account but the process on the system said ur process was not successful. But the money as deducted from my account. I m currently in Mozambique but on the 02/03/23 I will be in South Africa and on the 03/03/23 I will be traveling to phalaborwa from Pretoria. But now I m not being associated. My cellphone numbers won’t work because I m not at South Africa I thought the reference number was going to be sent with email. Name Daniel Gabriel ID. ***
