Bad and negligence driving

Whoever was flying down Durban Road in Bellville (reg no: YWC452GP) around 8:10 will cause accident, maybe not today. The Translux driver was driving very recklessly and dangerously, he didn't care about other motorists 2. Disregarding the rules of the road.
