Awful Service

I bought a bus ticket on the 5 from Umzimkulu to Johannesburg, bus was scheduled to depart at 18:05 only for the bus to arrive at 19:20. The co-driver and the driver asked for my bus ticket, searched for it for good +-5 minutes then gave them the ticket, then they asked me at what time did I purchase the ticket, I then asked them to give me the ticket so that I can confirm the time. Because of the language barrier I have no clue what they thought I said yoh then they started saying I'm full of s*** they will not be told what to do by a Venda child with an attitude, am not Venda by the way. So I just stood there by the door being insulted and told how they are doing me a favor. How are they doing me a favor when I purchased a ticket!!? Then the other lady gave them money because she did not have a ticket. City to city is awful, the bus is dirty and seats are torn and have awful drivers who behave unprofessionally. It was my FIRST TIME using your services and the LAST Time!
