Awaiting Refund!

I booked a bus ticket for 21 December 2018. Due to the strike this became null in void. Since then, I've been trying to contact Translux's refund department - to no avail. They are just not picking up their phones. I need a refund on my money, but how can I if I can't even get hold of anyone???
