avoid booking translux buses!

I had booked Translux bus for Monday afternoon, as per information and agreement with the company, the bus was to pass by my destination as per schedule and pick me up as well. The pass did not go according to the route plan and left me. after all that inconvenience they still made me pay ann extra fee to have the ticket changed again even though the fault was with them.
