Asking for refund

Please can translux refund us for what they did this past few days. This is ****************. In all fairness people whom did not get to use the buses must be refunded. We cannot be begging translux to payback back refund. Justice must surely be done to passengers and by law passengers are entitled to their refunds. I need my full refund for bus 1513 and 1650 that where set to leave from Johannesburg to polokwane and from polokwane to Johannesburg respectively for two passengers. totaling and amount of R1090.00
