Appalling Service

If it was possible I was going to give them 0 this company does not even deserve a star... I booked a bus ticket with computicket on the 19th of December 2021 for a trip on the 24th of December and departure was at 19:30 I was at the station from 5. When I go check in the lady at translux tells me that her last bus is at 6 and full booked and she is closing... I am like I have a bus ticket that says my bus is at 19:30 she told me that I will be refunded. Not caring that maybe I want to be with my family on Christmas day or something. I ran around Pretoria looking for alternative transport at past 5 in the afternoon. To make matters worse when I call the numbers both 086 and 011 number it just rings and konone answers. Till this day I have not been refunded cos computicket said refunds are done directly with the company. Your services are appalling, refund me my cents please
