Apalling City to City bus services

Yesterday I booked a bus ticket with City to City and paid via eft. The payment went off my bank account. I then called the reservation office requesting my reference number and ticket. They then checked up on their system and told me that no payment was received. I then asked them for an email address where I could send the Proof of payment to and I was told that they don't accept EFT payments due to *****? Why the heck do they still have the EFT or Credit card payment option on their website if they don't allow it? I then tried calling back numerous times this morning but all contact numbers are engaged! I got a message stating that the ticket is booked but must still go pay before I board the bus. I was also told to reverse the payment on my bank account.. it costs more reversing the payment then the ticket price itself!! What *********** ****ing idiots!!!!!!!!!
