To whom it may concern

City to city have a very very poor and disappointing customer services, from the purchasing of tickets there was only one staff member helping a whole long queue of people who are traveling to different places which is time consuming and tiring

There no communication of any delays or whatsoever. We were told that the bus is leaving at 09h00 and mind you by 11h30 we were still at the park station. This is very dissatisfying, stressful and time wasting for us customer because we are not even sure if the bus will eventually come or not

Very disappointing and not recommendable
