On my 1st experience i had a lovely time but, my second trip was is one i dread to remember. I paid for something that wasn't even bus was to pick me up at Ultra City Mthatha at 01:00am but never showed up.Worse part i had to watch all other fleets come and go before in the cold weather.It was like a horror movie worse part i had to hike something i wasn't used to at night late 04:00hrs. No contingency plan to call/text that bus ins't available or running late.

Overall Customer service is mere bizarre and in shambles. I'm absolutely not sure if Translux has the right staff members.The telephone etiquette is very bad and very rude.The lady at Mthatha Railway very very rude no proper way how to address clients. Telephone line provided do not work.Was made to go in circles when i had to claim my refund something which was kind of a *******.
