Annoyed customer and concerned daughter

Good day Yesterday (10/08/2021) my uncle and mother took a bus from Johannesburg to Matatiele, the bus got stuck in PMB and they had to request another bus, they then were given another ****py bus, which got stuck again in some rural town. As I am writing this, I do not know the whereabouts of my mother and uncle.
