Angry customer
I am a customer of city to city, I booked a bus from Mthatha to George which was supposed to depart at 23h45, the time is now 01h13 the bus is no where to be seen, when I call the customer service center there is no answer.
I am a woman alone at the bus station in a city with a high crime rate, City to city doesn't have the decency to call and apologize or to let the passengers know what's going on.
This is absolutely disrespectful and distasteful.
Do not book this bus

29 Jan 2023, 10:36The bus arrived 2 hours late, no explanations was provided. As we are heading to our destination the bus breaks down in the middle of nowhere.
After a few phone calls by the drivers, they manage to fix it and it breaks down again, it's hot, on a middle of nowhere, anyways the bus continues to break, up to a point where mechanic is called in.
Mechanic tells us to keep driving slow, he finally reaches us, he takes a look the bus and says he can't fix it, we need to drive to the depot.
We are now driving 20Kmh and the bus keeps stopping. I'm beyond frustrated and angry as I need to be at home at the scheduled time. I repeat do not book this bus.
